Therion X Assistant is a privately operated tool used to assist with reading, analysing, drafting and managing replies to posts on X.

The service is intended primarily for use by the operator of the associated X account and by any person explicitly authorised by the operator.

Use of the service

The service may process publicly available X posts, conversation threads and account information for the purpose of analysing content, generating draft replies, managing reply queues, avoiding duplicate responses and maintaining operational records.

Some functions may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to analyse content or generate suggested responses.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving content posted through the service where approval is required.

Compliance

Use of this service must comply with applicable law and with the terms, rules and policies of X.

The service must not be used to impersonate another person, conduct unlawful activity, distribute malicious content or interfere with the operation of X or any other service.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made that it will operate without interruption, error or loss of data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for losses arising from use of the service, automated analysis, generated content, service interruptions or third-party platform changes.

These terms may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in the service, applicable law or X platform requirements.
