Therion X Assistant is a privately operated tool used to assist with analysing X posts and conversations and preparing or managing replies.
Information processed
The service may process information made available through X, including public posts, usernames, account identifiers, conversation threads and related metadata.
Where authorised access to an X account is provided, the service may also process information necessary to read content, prepare replies and publish authorised posts.
The service does not request users' email addresses through X.
Purpose of processing
Information is processed only where reasonably necessary to:
- analyse posts and conversation context;
- generate or manage draft replies;
- publish authorised replies or posts;
- avoid duplicate responses;
- maintain moderation, operational and diagnostic records; and
- improve the reliability and consistency of the service.
Data sharing
Personal data is not sold.
Information may be transmitted to service providers where necessary for operation of the system, including hosting, artificial intelligence, database or platform services. Such processing is limited to what is required to provide those functions.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, moderation, troubleshooting, deduplication and record-keeping purposes.
Operational records may be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect stored credentials, access tokens and operational data from unauthorised access or disclosure.
Third-party services
The service interacts with X and may use other third-party service providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Your rights
Where applicable under data-protection law, individuals may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by the service.
